Thank you for stopping by!
I’m Nicole.
I’m a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey offering teletherapy for adults, and I’m big on meeting clients where they are and tailoring evidence-based care to what actually works for you.
I bring more than eight years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s hardest—and most meaningful—transitions. I work a lot with infertility, birth trauma, and the emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy and new parenthood, using evidence-based approaches like ACT and CPT through a trauma-informed lens. These experiences can be incredibly heavy, and my goal is always to help you feel understood, supported, and a little less alone.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. We’ll work together to make sense of what you’re feeling, build tools to manage big emotions, and create real, meaningful change. I know no two journeys look the same, so therapy with me is always personalized to your experiences and needs.
When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll usually find me outside exploring nature, puttering in my garden, or baking bread.
If you’re navigating infertility, adjusting to new parenthood, or processing past trauma, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space to heal and move forward—together.
