I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey offering teletherapy services to adults with a commitment to tailoring evidence based approaches to the needs of my clients.
I bring eight years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most difficult and meaningful transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma-informed care—particularly around infertility and birth trauma. I also specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Over time, I’ve developed a strong passion for working with people navigating infertility and the journey into parenthood. These experiences can bring deep emotional and psychological stress, and I’m committed to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered during these vulnerable times.
My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop strategies that empower them to manage their emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I recognize that each person's journey is unique, and I tailor my therapy to fit your specific needs and experiences. When I am not with clients I can be found out exploring nature, puttering in my garden, or baking bread.
Whether you’re struggling with infertility, adjusting to the challenges of new parenthood, or working through past trauma, I’m here to provide a supportive and safe space for healing. Together, we’ll work to address the emotional hurdles you're facing and help you create a path forward.
